We hope that you will be satisfied with our products, however, if for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, or indeed should you need to exchange an item then this can be done within 14 days of delivery. We must tell you that we cannot accept broken goods unless the original labels are attached and is with the original packaging we sent it out in.
If you want to return an item then please contact us by email at email@example.com for a reference number. Please state 'Returns Request' in the subject line. Please note that unless an item is faulty we can't return the postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights. We also recommend you obtain proof of posting from the post office when returning goods as we can't be held responsible for parcels lost on return to Humberstones. Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
