Bespoke Custom Design Service

With our experience and heritage at Humberstones we can offer a personal custom design service where we can create a variety of jewellery to a very high standard, whether it would be a beautiful diamond ring, a stunning pendant or a pair of unique earrings.

From start to finish, we guide the customer through the journey, from choosing the right loose stone from our extensive collection, to the style in which it is set and in the precious metal of their choice.

At which point we would have the 3 dimensional, technical drawings of the piece drawn up in house to show how the finished product will look or the customer can have the choice of looking through our extensive back catalogue of past designs for inspiration.

All this helps to make that special gift even more personal and memorable.

Valuation Service

Humberstones Jewellery, also offer an In-House Valuation Service. Whether it is a limited edition Audemars Piguet or a special piece of family jewellery, we put together a detailed document, including carat weights, metals, or special features with a photograph, which can be used for the customers insurance or just for their piece of mind.

This is also part of our customer service when a customer makes a purchase from us, offering reassurance from the moment the item leaves the shop.

Repair Service

Here at Humberstones Jewellers we understand how special a customers jewellery or watch is to them. It is something they have spent time choosing or have been given to symbolise a special occasion and wear close to them every day, so it is always worrying when there could be something wrong.

Through 60 years of experience we have been able to source the best workshops from around Europe (including our own sister company), who are specialists at working with fine jewellery and bespoke watches. Whether it is a watch that needs a service or a piece of jewellery we can confidently offer superior workmanship.

Part Exchange

Humberstones Jewellers bespoke service does not end there. Customers are welcome to view loose diamonds in the shop and go on to choose single or multiple stones to be set in a mount of their choice.

Naturally, Humberstones Jewellers offer a generous part exchange policy, comprehensive valuation service and independent certification.
