PAYMENT OPTIONS

For your convenience and peace of mind, we have various payment options available for you to use. Our preferred method is to accept payments through the online secure checkout features on this site. However, if you would like to pay in via an alternative method, please see the information below.

CASH

Any amount equivalent to 15,000 euro's or more will need to be supported by 2 forms of ID and an explanation of where the funds came from, (this is to comply with money laundering laws). Payments made in cash may also be depsited directly in our account.

BANKERS DRAFT

We will only accept, if the bankers draft is presented within business hours and authorised by your issuing bank. 

CREDIT CARD

We accept all major credit cards (except AMEX), although we also require 2 forms of additional ID emailing to us at mark@humberstonesjewellers.co.uk in the case of cardholder not being present transactions. 

DEBIT CARD

We accept Debit cards, although we may also require additional proofs of ID emailing to us in the case of cardholder not being present transactions. This is our FAVOURED method of payment.

PERSONAL/BUSINESS CHEQUES

Subject to 10 working days clearance after the cheque is cashed.

PROOFS OF ID WE NORMALLY REQUIRE ARE:

• A valid and in-date passport or driving license
• A household utility bill
• A scan of both sides of the card used for payment
• A signed letter of authorisation from the card holder
