DELIVERY & SHIPPING PROCEDURES

We will normally dispatch your order the same day, providing the item(s) is in stock and the order if placed before 1pm.

We aim to have your order with you within 3-5 working days (next day if express delivery is selected). In the rare event that the item is out of stock, we will contact you quoting a new delivery date at which point you will have the opportunity to cancel your order if you aren't satisfied with the time quoted.

All of our items are sent with their relevant branded packaging. 

Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship any other countries at the moment in time.  

ROYAL MAIL STANDARD DELIVERY (UK)

We offer FREE POSTAGE on all UK orders, regardless of size and value of your order. These are shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery with an estimated time of 3-5 working days for your delivery to arrive. 

ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY (UK)

We offer a guaranteed service at a flat rate of £5.50 for Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK only). We guarantee this will reach you by the next working day your order is dispatched. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day provided the item/s ordered are in stock. 

In the unlikely event that any of the item/s ordered are temporarily out of stock, you will be notified of the anticipated shipping date. No payment will be taken from you until the iem/s are shipped. 

IN PERSON COLLECTION FROM ONE OF OUR GALLERIES

If you would prefer, you can choose to collect your order from our Humberstones Galleries in either Blackburn or Barrowford. We require you to simply bring proof of payment if you have placed an order with us online.
